2011 Mardi Gras Dog Parade
is in Downtown Baton Rouge. The parade starts at North Blvd. and 5th street. There
also host an event called "Bark in the Park" that will be in Downtown Baton Rouge
along North Blvd. from 10am-3:30pm.
