Tulip Festivals

Tulips are considered  true harbingers of spring in
Northern climates. Tulips are proudly displayed in
private gardens and parks  in many cities in North
America and Europe.

Although in certain years the peak of tulips does not
coincide with the actual festival due to climatic
conditions, these celebrations of spring have long
been popular tourist attractions.
